          Being an WD Elements, it's most likely permanently attached to the USB controller inside unless it's really old stock. The 3.5 drives have this as well, not just the 2.5's.

      It's a $45 item, it shows as $45 minus some odd rounding of $6.60 which I don't quite get but anyways, it's trying to charge you $38.40 for a $45 item with no sign of any shipping charge and you neg?
