  • Was just this price at DS a few days ago http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/112736

But DS warranty says 3 years and this one says 1 year

Hmm, tried to check out but can't see any option for free shipping.

Also saw WD 3tb for $119 here: http://www.shoppingexpress.com.au/buy/western-digital-wd-ele…

    • You really want USB 2?

      • +2

Won't matter if you open it up.

        • Being an WD Elements, it's most likely permanently attached to the USB controller inside unless it's really old stock. The 3.5 drives have this as well, not just the 2.5's.

      • Well spotted.

No, but it doesn't matter if we're going to crack it open and put the drive in a PC.

  • How do we get free shipping? I'm getting $9.85 for shipping to VIC.

  • Just checked the SE email, there are some items listed which have free shipping (a Father's Day promo) but I don't believe this is one of them. OP please update the deal.

FYI free shipping items are here: http://www.shoppingexpress.com.au/view/Fathers-Day-2nd-Episo…

Discount disappears when I try to checkout

Can a rep help me checkout ?

    • It's a $45 item, it shows as $45 minus some odd rounding of $6.60 which I don't quite get but anyways, it's trying to charge you $38.40 for a $45 item with no sign of any shipping charge and you neg?

I got these from OW for 109 recently.

    • Some were lucky to get it at $103.55

  • I am so sorry guys, i misread the free shipping terms:(

  • All I want is an internal HD. I don't need the case. :/

  • I bought this 2 years ago for $150 standard price at OW. I'm surprised the price has barely fallen since then.

  • Does that come with separated power cable or just need USB cable?

    • Has its own power pack with lead from the drive to 240v + the USB cable
