        I've ordered clothing online so many times and had the issue that they don't deliver the complete order and give a refund later.
        However this is my first experience that I got a Large size when I had ordered Medium. I can not wear this at all. They still show all the sizes available for the same price online.

        I sent emails to Final Days Sales to both these email addresses and they both bounced back.

          Did you check your spam folder?
          I too thought my email got delivered until I opened the spam folder to see the bounce notification there.

          Doesn't matter the 1800 number is good. Was emailed an RMA form to send item back reply paid for refund.

    (Mini) Phew! AEST 8:45am Sydney. My package just arrived - Australia Post did a cursory doorbell & knock and was about to leave when I ran out to catch him.

    All items in the one package - I'm gonna go buy a lottery ticket now. :-), after I (finally) put in a positive vote…

        • Got an order confirmation e-mail 3.5 days before my package was delivered (with link to Australia Post to track the transit of package). Ergo, 8 days from my order to delivery.

        • Weird thing is, I gave a MISPELLED name on my billing info for my credit card, and order STILL got through! This freaks me out! (Obviously not Pacific Brands' problem but my bank's)

          Btw hoodie fits extremely well. It's almost fitted for athelete bodytypes.

    As emails to them are bouncing back, I just talked to them on the number provided in their web site - 1800 132 780
    They said that they can not send the correct size I ordered even though they have it in the stock and they have made the mess. They apologize for their mess up and asked me to return the item back to them to the reply paid address. Once they receive the item in their warehouse they will refund the money in 5 days.

    If I still want to have the item "SPORTFIT BIOSLX LONG SLEEVE", they asked me to order it again. If I want to have free shipping they asked me to order another item to make it more than $20. They have no other way to deliver me the correct item that I ordered.

    I am happy to get my money back and stay away from them and free from another hassle.

    I got 4 items on the pick slip and one in the box. The box was damaging but items missing.

    Their office is closed
    Should i contact delivery or them.
