    I purchased this items in July and still waiting for it. Contacted the website and was adviced the delivery time could take 30-45 days. Please be patience when buying this. You may need to "click and forget" then on a beautiful day you received it suddenly.

          yeah that'd probably be a good idea but you probably need to ask them questions a few minutes after the issue occurs they might not be to helpful after say a few hours or so. Also helps if they can remember what steps they took. maybe gather info such as OS Broswer type, Browser version whether they have a java script blocker installed and whether they used the secure checkout button or the quick pay through paypal button.
          Also maybe see if they signed in before ordering.

          Tricky situation all around but it looks like your being active about hunting down the issue quickly assisting any who have issues so thats excellent.
