Ok, so not free listings but at least its a saving still AND it runs for the whole month.

Not a fan. The standard insertion fee for an auction starting at 99 cents or less is 30 cents, so you’re only saving 10 cents a pop. And just last month eBay was waiving insertion fees altogether for sub-99 cent auctions.
Yeah its not massive saving, but very rarely do they have an offer that last for 3+ weeks. 10cents saving might not be much for some, but since I've done 1000 listings per month previously I could save about $100 in listings fees.

Meh the free listings for 99c only just finished a couple of weeks ago and now they put a "special" on at 20c a listing?
we save 10 cents for every listing?
