    Luxury chauffer service but special price is cash only and book through a random mobile number with no website? Avoiding tax?

      Its not avoiding tax. Its a personal special guys, I cannot go through company for this price.
      However, any other bookings and account transfers will be made through company to give Eftpos, Cabcharge, Credit card, etc options and eliminate all doubts. I just don't have any eftpos terminal in Caprice. You will get a receipt with my ABN on it if you like. 0404652651 is my main business mobile no. which has been active from last 9 years so whats with random ?

        Please clarify what you mean its not going through a company? Seems a bit weird that its cash only and that we have to request a receipt. What insurances do you have to be driving around with fare paying passengers but avoiding any company structure for payments?

          The car and Myself are fully accredited, always insured under the company banner. Its not cash only but a special price for paying by cash. Company has its own hotline booking system and consider this a referral discount as I am trying to make more bookings. Not everyone wants a receipt but its happily available.

          I wanna clear this once for all. The company has over 20 cars and over 50 drivers working at 50-50. They and other drivers don't want to lose their share. I am doing special by cutting my share off for ozbargain to make some bookings. That's all I have been trying to say. The ride is fully insured !

        Firstly, the 10% extra for all eftpos transactions are ridiculous based on what the banks are currently charging you! And with this receipt, do you supply a proper Tax Invoice with your own ABN? Also, can you ABSOLUTELY guarantee that you have liability insurance whilst not driving for your employer?
        In short, do you own or have a legitimate company backing what you're doing?

          10% is Cab Charge standard for efptos since 1970's with every cab provider. Please check next time when you hail or book a cab. 10% goes to cabcharge not me.
          As said before, Its under a company banner.

          I went through www.limobookings.com.au - just did some googling and found them, I think there was a Whirlpool thread which rated them and another company.

          I went through the website. Its $105 for European sedan so you might have received that car by luck.
          Couple of Comparison Points with every other VHA service provider :
          - No International Pick up extra vs $10-20 with other
          - No waiting time extra vs $10 per 30 mins.
          - $4 Credit card surcharge/ No Direct deposit surcharge vs 11.1% (Vhacars)

          I was lucky I guess with the BMW. Personally, id rather spend the $5 more and book it through a company where there is some insurances at play and recourse if something gets stuffed up/driver doesnt show etc.

    I just used a similar chauffeured service a couple of weeks ago.

    They were 90 + gst from Bentleigh, so the original price sounds too high. $65 from the city sounds about right.

      Yes, you are correct. Some people would not know what a VHA is, hence I used Taxi service.
