i ordered $50 exactly and Both codes work, but after i entered in my CC details and submitted the $10 didn't come off only free delivery, so i cancelled the order and did it again and the same thing happened!! so annoyed.
how did you cancel the order?
click MY FAVOURITES and then PAST ORDERS click the order you wish to cancel, then click CANCEL ORDER.
I had this happen to me too, but if you check your Bank's transaction you'll find that Woolworths debited the correct amount of $40. So no need to 'refund' and need to wait 3-5 business days for it to go back to your account.

Not only does it work, the poor guy was bang on time and I wasn't home, so dispatch called me to say they can't safe drop because it's alcohol, I said i'm 10 minutes away, and he waited! And refused a tip. Fair play that's damn good service!
I ordered the storage tubs which were out of stock. Received a phone call letting me know the order will be refunded however the delivery guy still rocked up to let me know it was out of stock and gave me the cancelled invoice. Great service!

I'm buying alcohol that's on special at $50 a pop… I've made 2x different individual transactions and each was able to apply the coupon.
Going to stock up and make a few more individual transactions to get the $10 off and free delivery on each.

Bought alcohol (on special) and other catalogue specials that I did really want.
Got the order and they messed it up:
Ordered 2 boxes of Uncle Toby's Fibre Lift ——-> only got 1 Box of Uncle Toby's Sports.
Ordered 1 Bottle of 3 litre apple juice ——> got 2 x 2.2 litre bottles of apple & blackcurrant / Orange & Mango.
Orded $14.25 of mince meat ——-> got $15.25 worth.
Rang up to complain about the missing box of breakfast cereal and also casually mentioned that the juice wasn't apple (didn't mention quantities etc) and received a credit back on my Credit card account of $13 (2 boxes of Cereal & 1x 3 litre bottle of Apple Juice)
So I orded $50.05 and paid $40.05 (using 5% discounted wish card so actual cost to me was $38 - $13 refund = $25.
Did you have accept substitutes ticked?
Not Sure.
But it looks like they will bend over backwards to keep you happy if you are not happy with the order.

Just got my second order. Very happy with the service, a few things i noticed though:
No fuel voucher on either order. Are you eligible for this on online orders?
Both times they landed right in the middle of the 3 hour delivery window (ie window was 7-10pm, they came at 8:30). Do other people find them to be this consistent?
They aren't allowed to come inside, unlike Coles online delivery guys. I assume this is some kind of liability issue, but i like that the Coles guy will come in and dump everything on my kitchen floor so i can easily put it all away.
