      I received 2 of 4 games from 2 orders.
      I received Resistance 3 (ps3) and Uncharted Ps vita.
      Luigi U and Uncharted 3 got cancelled I'm assuming.
      Even though uncharted 3 is sitting on the shelf at my local store.

          Yes still sitting on the shelf. along with a dozen other games that were on sale corrected to there non sake prices of course. I listed then some where else in this comment section. Going to go check them tomorrow to see if they're still on the shelf. hopefully they're still their when I get my gift card.

          I ordered arkham asylum and found out today they won't be supplying it.

          Also no Kid Icarus for me but I am getting the other 2 games which makes 4 out of 6.

          My order was placed at 9.55am.

    I have received 2 of my 9 games and a $40 gift voucher. Considering I ordered at 3pm I am pretty happy with that.
    I ordered:
    Uncharted 1, 2, 3
    Pokemon Heart Gold, Soul Silver, Black 2
    God of war 3
    COD BLOPS 2 (PS3)
    Heavy Rain

    and am receiving Pokemon Black 2 and COD BLOPS 2 (PS3).

    My order was allocated to Auburn.
    Sorry to everyone who ordered before and didn't get the games that I have ordered that is total rubbish. Here's hoping the vouchers are remotely useful for something.

    Well, after extended periods of time on the phone and significant number of emails, I managed to get my entire order fulfilled. (p.s. I probably racked up maybe 5+ hours of phone time with TGG including waiting time)

    It's official, I get 0/9 games I paid for.

    As as I ordered some popular PS3 and PSvita titles, I'm feeling pretty frustrated and jaded they couldn't manage even a couple of these titles…

    Ok so i just realised that i received an email from TGG today. Basically i made two orders. Order 1: 2 vita games and Order 2: 5 ps3 games

    I ordered both of them as a guest.

    Todays email said that they are able to fulfil some of my order (the 2 vita games which i received yesterday) but said they are unable all of my order.

    Im not sure if the rest of the order they cant fulfil is the ps3 order i made since that order was made separately. Also i checked out as a guest for both orders, so i would have thought that the emails would be separate for them.

    Anywho they said i will receive a $40 good guys gift card which i will receive later this week and refunds may take up to 5 days depending on payment type/banking institution.

          Both of my emails stated $40 vouchers on both. One said a few will be shipped and the other said nothing will be. Call them up for clarification, also, be aware that it is about a 10 minute wait now until they pick up (that's an improvement lol).

      Most Likely this wont be the case, I made 3 small orders, but they were merged when I talked to TGG, because they knew about all my items, if you only received one email, and you used the same email for the orders, then you most likely wont be getting the PS3 Games.

    screw you good guys! Only got 1 of my 6 games ordered. Better than nothing but after receiving no calls or emails for over 2 weeks after the allocation email I am extremely disapointed

    The first one was a despatch email which to me looked like it confirmed that ALL of the games I'd ordered had been shipped. Then got another stating that only some of the DS and 3DS games could be supplied, then received yet another saying they had (yet again) cocked up and I would be getting some of the other DS/3DS that they said everyone would get, but then changed their mind about, and now they were changing it back again.

    Then come back on OzBargain to hear about Good Guys stores still having stock on the shelves of games that they, supposedly, cannot source from any supplier in Australia….

        Subtle….or intentional OzBargain wave? Way too much information revealed just by that snippet of the receipt. The address can be verified by a google search of Game Garage Bayswater. Lucky Jin scored quite a few games, not that he needed any, already having a shop full of them. Tidy $175 profit right there. Good to see the kiddies will be getting Pokemon for Christmas….provided their parents buy them on eBay, that is.

        Its really tgg fault for allowing bulk purchases. They should have had a one unique game limit per order, that's sales 101. At least then the brodens would have had to do multiple orders and then we would have had a fighting chance.

    Pretty sure everyone knows this but I just confirmed with a rep that each order not completed is given a $40 voucher. They also mentioned the vouchers "are probably the standard gift vouchers that can be spent on anything".

    Pissed off with TGG.

    Got a call about a week ago saying that only one game would be fulfilled from my three orders.

    Received the game.

    Got confirmation that the rest would be refunded three more times (3 emails and a phone call).

    Now they're advising they are shipping 3 more games from one of my orders even after they confirmed FOUR times in total that a refund will be issued.

    Had enough of them, called the bank and told them to get my money back.

    Just received a Paypal refund email for two of the games (Luigi U and Sonic something).

    Again, I did receive 3 games Monday (totally out of the blue) and have had absolutely no communication from Goodguys other than the order received and generic "we received a lot of orders" email. Used guest checkout.

    I'm annoyed by the lack of communication here but I'm not too upset by the final outcome.

    Anyway, picked up Luigi U on the eStore last night and am going to play the pants off it tomorrow night with some mates.

    received part of my order today, however they gave me a game in the wrong format (PC rather than ps3). Not happy! now i have to go thru the trouble of returning this, what a waste of time :(
    I don't mind waiting a while for my order to be shipped, but at least get your orders right..

        The only email correspondences I've got from them (apart from the original order) have been the generic ones. Wouldn't be surprised if they send out another generic email to everyone with the same gift voucher details on it. :-p
