If you do any level of web development— from editing pages on a Wordpress site to designing original pages from scratch, understanding and being able to code in HTML and CSS can give you a level of control, and power over your designs that you've never experienced before. This course helps you learn HTML and CSS (versions 4.01 and XHTML) as well as prepares you for the future with coverage of HTML5.

Just be VERY CAREFUL at the check-out page. The "enter coupon" link is very small. It does not even look like a proper check out page. I'm trying to get my $49 back now.

  • Enrolled without any problem. They don't ask for unnecessary information, and registration is super quick. I've tried the first lesson, it's very clear and interesting. Thanks OP.

  • Cool stuff.. Thx rep.

  • Only problem i had was to create an account. the 3 boxes werent labelled what they needed, (could just be my work computer.. its funny like that)

    WAG got me through though

    • They were labeled for me so I'm guessing glitch in your work computer

  • Interesting, these are the same instructors that are at udemy.
This course is for HTML4, which is old now. Not necessarily useless, but I would recommend taking up a HTML5 course instead.
http://net.tutsplus.com/ have some good free stuff, as well as paid courses.
Also I think you can get a monthly sub, which would be cheaper for the paid courses.
