          Sorry, the android has been delay due to lot negative impact on the cancelling order on last deal, We are not feel confident with the sale volume we going to get from OZbargain community.

    Ativ S is not that nice. Feels cheap, restarts randomly and gets scratched very easily. Not to mention, the Samsung letters on the back fell off within a week. Only good thing is battery life, SD card slot and bigger screen.

      odd - complete opposite here - feels good, no problems whatsoever (on GDR3) and the screen is tough as (it spends all day in my pocket with my keys). Loving the big screen & battery life too.

      At $250, the Ativ S is the phone I show people who pay four times as much for an iPhone and look overly smug

      Welcome :) Ya, that's why I bought it. It is very decent for the price. Now is definitely an even better deal. However I have heard the restarting is a common problem. The camera is average. i'd imagine the L920 is wayyy better/.

          Your own website reported that you had 5 in stock today, after it had been on back order, can you explain that? At the time I put my order in the item was in stock. How can you sell the same item on eBay why tell people that you tried your best to fulfil your back orders it does not just add up? If I buy this item on eBay you are telling me that I will get the item by the 6 of December.

          Also over night? deal frenzy was a week ago.

          Because we still receiving some stock to cover some back order, when we book stock into system before we allocated to the order will temporary show in stock, once ship been ship or allocated to the order, will show back order again.

          also the the stock qty will automatic increase when we cancelling the back order, qty will get adjusted after sync with warehouse.

          We have been post over 135 deals on ozbargain, we will never want take any risk to disappointed any our customer.

You have commented on the 20th and nothing since, customer wanted updates and the only update a lot got was a refund. lack of communication is a lot of the problem here as well as the amount of time people put in to getting the order thru on your website

        Don't buy into this crap about how they'll try to 'resolve' your issue. It would be the same excuse given to others, how your order were backordered when you ordered, and there is absolutely NO STOCK they could find in Australia to fulfill your order, hence it's not their fault at all, and nothing can be done.

        I'm sure that every other store in Australia is out of Razer products now.

        Please buyers, avoid the disappointment.

          This is like saying that i'm faithful in a marriage 90% of the time. Unless you publish your sales details along with all the cancels, this figure could well be just a number you pulled out of the hat.

          Despite your constant statement of how you have tried to source stock around Australia, i'm still skeptical of how much more mobileciti is trying to save themselves from losing money, rather than keeping to their words and putting customers first.

          Ozbargain are hard on bad retailers, but they are equally well on good retailers that put customers first.

          There is still time for you to fix this Mobileciti.
