    I have downloaded the appoftheday app from Play store but couldn't find the Day by Day organizer app under any of the lists Utilities, Games and Dating :(

        Worked for me - "Pro version Unlocked"

        Start the App, tap top left corner for menu, select promo code.

      My autotext fills in "appoftheday" these days - never had an issue with these freebies.

    Just wondering if there's any way of getting the Pro version again if i were to uninstall it?

    In a few of the past App of the Day promos, i've activated it successfully but after removing it, the next time it just goes back to the 'lite' version (Pro still costs to upgrade & the 'appoftheday' code, unsurprisingly, no longer works).

      I'm guessing backing up the app+data (ie with titanium backup) should work and retain the pro version. Play Store also seems to pick up apps that are installed and available on the market even if you didn't install the app from there so automatic updates should still work.

        Actually you don't get updates from Play if that's not where you got it from. Otherwise Play would be updating Amazon app store apps (which it doesn't). If you search for the app on Play it will say it's installed, but you can't update it and it doesn't even show up in your "my apps" list .

    It is still the Free version: the icon of the app still has the FREE label. Not a good deal as it is claimed.

    It is like a dishonest trap! Totally WASTE OF TIME!

      it would still have the PRO features which gets unlocked , if you played around with the free version and the unlocked version you will find the difference . pls check the facts before negging a deal .

      The paid version of Day by Day app is even more functionally attractive. It has:
      - recurrent tasks. The function is well-suited for recurrent payments. You can try it out in free version
      - task priorities which allow the user to differentiate between urgent and less important tasks
      - subtasks (to-do lists) in events or tasks. You cannot add more than 3 subtasks in free version, but the full one has no limits
      - no adds
      - users can share text information from another app with Day by Day, for example, when creating task or event

      Although Google services don’t support these extra functions, we found a way to enable synchronization by means of Google, so your calendars and to-do lists are visible in our app on your Android devices.

      The app allows you to create events, tie them to a certain start/end time and set due date. An event can be postponed if needed. When creating an event you are prompted to set a reminder which will keep you informed of your schedule.

    Today I updated the app to v2.1.2,

    the PRO features was gone and reverted to the free one.

    Support email:

    We are sorry to inform you that the promo code was valid only 24 hours, because of misunderstanding between App of the Day and Day by Day Teams with regard to the promo terms. Day by Day Team haven't agreed to distribute the full version for free but 24 hours only for users to try the app.

    That's why after 24 hours (in your case it took time till the next update) your unlocked version got back to the free one.
    We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced, but distribution of the pro version wasn't and will never be our goal.

    Hopefully, it won't stop you from using the app (either free version or full).
