You also need to bear in mind that their web site says
"the highest level of SSL Certification encryption"
which just isn't so! It doesn't use Perfect Forward Secrecy http://www.forwardsecrecy.com/, and doesn't use TLS v 1.2.
So if they cannot get this right, then what else are they not getting right.

Keeping logs, being US jurisdiction and no bittorrent seems like a few negatives.
I don't use a VPN (I just use an ssh tunnel through one of my overseas VPS if I need) but I thought those were items you tried to avoid with a VPN service. Happy to be corrected if I'm wrong, mind!
