  Dont even bother.

  I gave up on the QanSCAM frequent flyer SCAM years ago when they vaporised ALL my points.

  They have such strict and ever tightening points controls, eligibility criteria and so many multiple ways to ENSURE you get NO BENEFIT from your points that the SCAM is now of ZERO BENEFIT to most members.

  If you are on the corporate gravy train and the boss pays for all your flights then you may be able to extrude some benefit - after you pay taxes and fees.

  But if you are average Joe Dont bother.

  Is there anything an average non frequent flyer gets from this scam that could make it worthwhile joining?

    If you have a credit card, there is a chance you can get QANTAS points.

    However, if QANTAS's future is in doubt, you may want to assess if you'd prefer other reward points.
