Sale is on instore at Sunshine, Nunawading, Hawthorn, Clayton, Frankston, Bundoora, Bendigo, Elsternwick and Geelong locations
As did I. I was looking at the graphics cards, and the google cache of most of them is just $1 or $2 more than the "sale price" - yet they still advertise savings of $30+…
And then the price is still more expensive than MSY which most people can pick up locally. Hmm.

My wife's PC I built from MSY..
CPU is $4 more at Centercom
RAM is $12 more at Centercom
SSD is same price
and they don't sell the mb/psu that i got for wicked sick cheap prices.
No deal.
Could not find any good deals.
centrecom as usual claiming they are having a sale and put up the prices and showing fake savings
these up to "deals" with no specific items or prices are really bugging me, up to 50% off computer stuff isn't like a 50% off supermarket deal
saw a UK tv show recently where they said that over there if a store advertises ?% off sale then a minimum of 10% of items in that store must be discounted by that percentage.
makes sense to me.
they all lie and embellish. Amazon. Supermarkets. Computer stores.
A true ozbargainer checks:
a) staticice.com.au
b) ebay
c) amazon
before considering anything a bargain!
To be fair $2 saving on 4770k. But yeah it's disappointing most of the things I want aren't on sale or are still more expensive than other stores.
Had a quick look through but didn't see anything outstanding..
