you'll fit nicely in the murican society.

  • Some really good flight deals the past few months.

    • +13

No where in his post did he say this is the cheapest prices in history.

If you can't find flights to KL cheaper, then this is a deal.

        Thank you YOTR.

Keep up the good work TA

    • Ditto. I think TA will be kept really busy when AirAsia starts receiving some of the new aircraft that they have on order and they need to get bums into seats :o)

Always do my best, cure. Cheers.

      You're a funny man, peck :)

  • Homer says: Mmmmm… Lamingtons and AirAsia flights.

  • Well done TA.

  • Got one

    Does ex = e.g.?

  • As always +1 from me, your hard work is much appreciated TA :)

  • For what months are these excellent deals for?
    June is $800 return.
Couldn't find any months for $340 return.?

    • Found some in September.

  • Would it be ideal for me to stop over at KL and fly to HK or Tokyo?

    • +2

Maybe to get some perspective? Maybe to gain the experiences that allow you to break free from ignorance?

    • food, shopping, better value for your money in general, view, culture, and feel free to add some more :)

but unfortunately with comments like that I feel we are full of 3rd rate people…

  • Flew there for the F1 last week. $250 return from Sydney :)

    • With Air Asia? Are they good/safe enough? Google isn't exactly kind to them.

      • AirAsia is fine. No complaints whatsoever.

I've flown on them a number of times.

        • +1

Good to know (and hell for a ridiculous $340 return you can't complain).

Less sure about getting my fat anglo ass into a tiny 16.5" wide seat..though I guess I have a few months to work on that!

        • Did you book your flight yet, Miss Kitty?
Really great prices but Malaysia doesn't excite me. I was in Thailand 2 yrs ago and was almost going to cross the border as I was so close. It would definitely make a great starting and ending point for an epic SE Asian adventure.

  • To get even cheaper flights use the link provided in past AirAisa deal - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/135395
Using this method I got flights In May from the Gold Coast for $293.00.

    • I thought this has been expired.

  • Seeing PER to KL return for 86+93 = $179 with no checked baggage, cheapest I've ever seen, basically $0 flights + taxes

  • Do air Asia flights generally have a lot of stopovers where you lose an extra day in transit?

Sorry for the very general question, trying to Oz bargain my way through the holidays at the end of the year.

good news about these cheap flights to KL is that if you're very lucky, they could turn into another "mystery" flight!

    • +1

Seriously? You start that crap again?

      • +1

I'm a late comer to this post, and I shouldn't have made this joke. Mods - please feel free to delete/hide. Sorry to all it offends.

        • Thanks. Just fyi, it wasn't really anything about this deal, it was relating to this one from a few days ago https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/137827

        • +1

fair enough - I definitely missed this thread that jdr refers to.
          Again - sorry people :)

  • Well I flew from manila to Kuala Lumpur end of march and when i got off the plane in Kuala Lumpur passengers were walking anywhere even under the wings it was 6pm. What the hell its a big no no to walk under the wings of a plane and ground staff didn't seem to care. I thought after what happened things would be more secure not less.
