Here's the list for the Atari Flashback 3 for those interested.
Full of junk titles yo'll never want to play. No Pacman, no DigDug, no Space Invaders, no Pitall, no RiverRaid, and no Pong. It's got Asteroids and Missle Command…. which is something I guess.

Best to try and pick up Flashback 2 pack, which at least has some of the above hit games.
Also, the Flashback 3 is not hackable where you can play orginal cartridge games you may come across.
The Flashback 2 has an easy hack that allows you to find old games in flea markets and play them just like normal.

But for $17, Flashback 3 might be appealing to some. Just dont expect any hits, and be aware of its newer limitations.

    Anyway, here's list:

    3D Tic-Tac-Toe
    Adventure
    Adventure II
    Air-Sea Battle
    Aquaventure
    Asteroids
    Backgammon
    Basketball
    Battlezone
    Bowling
    Canyon Bomber
    Centipede
    Championship Soccer
    Circus Atari
    Combat
    Combat 2
    Demons to Diamonds
    Desert Falcon
    Dodge 'Em
    Double Dunk
    Fatal Run
    Flag Capture
    Frog Pond
    Fun with Numbers
    Golf
    Gravitar
    Hangman
    Haunted House
    Home Run
    Human Cannonball
    Maze Craze
    Miniature Golf
    Missile Command
    Night Driver
    Off the Wall
    Outlaw
    Realsports Baseball
    Realsports Basketball
    Realsports Soccer
    Realsports Volleyball
    Saboteur
    Save Mary
    Secret Quest
    Sky Diver
    Space War
    Sprintmaster
    Star Ship
    Steeplechase
    Submarine Commander
    Super Baseball
    Super Breakout
    Super Football
    Surround
    Swordquest: Earthworld
    Swordquest: Fireworld
    Video Checkers
    Video Chess
    Video Pinball
    Wizard
    Yars' Revenge

Plus vote because its only $17…. if you like some of the above games. If you dont, you'll be disappointed that the real hits arent there.

      It has Asteroids :)

EDIT: Oh ok, you fixed it up.

      • +5

Yep… edited, but still- no RiverRaid?!?!

I got blisters playing that sucker :).

        • +5

OMG RiverRaid. The hours of my life spent….. the monotony yet it compelled like a drug.

        • and frogger

    • +1

Combat and Maze Craze are actually really good games, two player competitiveness that is. I'd buy it just for those two oh and Desert Falcon from memory was good but I was just a kid then.

    • Would have bought it just for RiverRaid! :(

  • Tempted but perhaps I will try…. To…… Withhold….. Must …resist…

  • Bought. Thanks.

  • It showing me that its $12

    • +1

      Add shipping = $17

Good gift idea - grabbed one for an upcoming birthday and one to show my kids what I thought was awesome when I was their age, and which now looks like a kindergarten project by today's graphical and storytelling standards (computing capabilities).

Yes, I know these were the gaming pioneers!

cheaper on ebay, google item number: 291116719441

    $14.95 shipped!

    • -1

definitely a good option if you're going the delivery method, but postage looks a bit slow, also Big W seem to be allowing this for free click and collect if your near a store

    • Thanks :)

    • They musta lost money at that price as shipping must b at least $10.
Item has ended now and they have it at $70

    No E.T.?

For any young 'uns, it was your Dad's (GranDad?) version of Nintendo64 Superman

    • I have a cartridge if you want

      • +5

        It's a bit sandy, though.

What connections does this use to connect to the TV?

  • It seems to tell me minimum click and collect is 40 dollars, so went for the delivery option.. probably should of bought it from ebay to save 2$ however, good deal, thanks op!

  • Just bought 4 to give as gifts and nominated to have it collected in store so no postage fee but minimum order for Instore collection is $40. Thanks

  • +1

Ps when I searched these on eBay the minimum cost was at least $30 with postage and on average much more expensive. Didn't search the specific item number though that was mentioned instead just searched Atari 3 flashback 60 games and checked out that list

  • Oops just found it - the description is just Atari flashback mixed accessories. Great find. I'm planning to give these away purely a novelty gifts to my sons friends who are so obsessed with iPads xbox ps3 etc. Definitely worth $12 in my eyes to take them on a trip back in time

    • +6

yes, a trip back in time, and a trip to the cupboard in less than 5 minutes.

  • Thanks OP just grabbed one

  • +3
  • I got one and it's fun

Really shows our age loving a deal like this :)

This being the 3rd generation/revision of the Atari flashback console. Still a good price for nostalgic retro gaming.

  • +1

    Nintendo 64 ftw!

Nothing comes close to late night multiplayer in Goldeneye, not to mention killer games like Super Mario 64, Ocarina of Time etc

    • +4

You can't compare consoles that are 2 generations apart.

  • Is there a chance that they've upgraded the stock joysticks from that flimsy plastic internal shaft?
I remember having a few broken ones that became spare parts!!!

  • Too bad… A minimum order value of $40 is required for Click & Collect orders

  • +2

    My first Consoleeeeeeeeeeee :D

    • +1

Congrats for taking the plunge! If you find it is your thing, after you have some fun with this, move along next to ebay or similar for an "NES" (Nintendo Entertainment System) and prepare for your mind to be blown! And then move on to a SNES. Gawd I envy you, wish I was just starting out again. And the money you're gonna save by waiting 30 or so years…

      • +2

Prices for old consoles and games are going up at the moment. All the kids who had these way back when are now adults with disposable income looking to relive the nostalgia and driving prices up.

        • Except for this deal. I'll let you 'kids' play with this one!!! ;)

      • Emulators.

  • Anyone play Tapeworm? Seems like a terrible game when I think about it now :)

  • Unavailable online / in store

  • Has anyone done click and collect?

My local says it will not be available until the 6th of May.

    And just sold out.

  • Currently unavailable online and in store.

  • Well I still have all my old Atari game Carts and a console somewhere :D

  • No E.T… no deal.

  • +1

Anyone remember playing Mario Bros on the Atari 2600? I remember getting to the highest score only to see it reset the counter and go back to 0. Man that pissed me off to no end.

    • +1

Nintendo used to have their games on Atari when Atari was more popular back then. It's amazing to even see a nintendo game in a different console!

  • +1

Nintendo, sega, and Atari! Sony, Microsoft and apple don't fit in. That's how things should stay.

  • I never play atari games. Damn missed my chance might pop instore if there is any.

  • That was quick, who had time to go into a BigW during work hours :(

  • +1

now just need to wait for GTA I to come out for it.

  • Ordered it early this morning and now have the shipping notification and AusPost tracking - nice and fast!

    • +1

Console arrived today - deffo feels like $12 :P

  • Anyone know if there's a way to play Atari games on PC?

  • Anyone's console still in processing?

    • I got mine within days of ordering so I'd get onto them I reckon

      • Sounds like it. They don't have an email address. I'll have to call them.
