      The argument is about the promoter unable to supply the service for $0.00 during ordering, but heavily promotes it as a free deal. You can say it is a technical limitation, or an anti-fraud measure. Some see it as false and misleading advertising.

    Privacy & choice of legal & regulatory systems might make some other land a better choice, eg, for Internet Journo's, et al.
