From what I've read it is a really good unit, which also has a tig lift function and out of the small welders from CIG, unimig, weldcorp etc has good duty cycle.

Wow! really good price. I paid like $230 a couple of years ago and thought that was good. Only welder I've owned so I can't compare to others, but as a novice I've managed to make some good looking welds with it, made a carry all for my little tractor and done some repairs. If you're in the market for a stick welder this is a good choice. Do your research, nothing but good things said about it on the Australian woodworker metal work subforum. Compare the duty cycle of this 130 amp welder with the exaggerated 140 amp cheapies - a colleague at work has a cheap one from bunnings, he says its always cutting out and has to let it cool down before he can continue.
