Before you purchase, check with your school or childcare centre to see if they have licenses. You may find that you can access it for free through your school.

    • Not sure if schools offer this free but they do offer at discounted price.

      • We got a single license for free, for a year, through our childcare centre. That was a couple of years ago, though.

Pretty sure that it's available through our son's school, for free, on a shared license. But we don't use it anymore.

  • Excellent program. I find the characters a bit weird but my DD loves the program and has learnt a lot. She regards it as a treat to play and it's become a substitute for those inane games she used to beg to play.

  • The school my son attended last year for kindy offered free 'home' licenses, but the school he is attending this year for pre-primary does not.

I'm reluctant to click on a link to a site called bubbler.com.au after the Todd Carney fiasco.

…but this is a very good deal.

  • Can the new 12 months purchase add on top of my current subscription? Or for new member only?

    • This is from their T&C for the deal. It's not really clear but worth checking

To redeem your voucher if you are already a member of ABC Reading Eggs simply login and enter your Bubbler Voucher ID here: http://app.readingeggs.com/parents/code

    • It is added on top of your current subscription. I just did this and it worked.

    "Very much self-explanatory title."

    Ummm… What's a reading egg??

It's ABC, but a reading egg website, at bubbler.com.au?

    I'm confused.

    • +1

maybe you should purchase this for yourself as the description is self explanatory.

Wow, you're easily confused…or just too lazy to read a few more sentences.

  • Reading Eggs is great, my 2 year old loves it and though he doesn't entirely understand all the concepts its a great introduction to literacy for him

  • loved it… kids are older now but I highly recommend this to any parent at this great price.

What a horrible website. No Paypal, had to create an account, subscribe to their junk list and log in 3 times to buy.

  • The kids love this software, but make sure you have a decent pair of headphones - the sounds will start driving you crazy after a while.

We got ours at a massive discount - some arrangement with schools Reading Eggs has. I'd suggest people investigate before buying.

    • How do people find out about this though, especially since it's school holidays at the moment?

I don't want to spend $39 on it if it's being given away free (or a massive discount) already at the kids school, but I have no way of finding out. :(

      • Check with older kids from the school in your locality if possible.

  • I'm new to ABC Reading Eggs. Was wondering if anyone can help me.

From what I read on their website, I think there is also 80 reading books + 8 activity books + 2 flashcard packs in total for the 2 levels. Do I also need to purchase those PLUS the subscription as well?

    • +1

The books are related, but completely separate. You don't need to buy any of them to complete the online lessons/levels.

      • Thanks for the info!

        • Also, you usually get a discount on the books etc via reading eggs if you have an account with them.

  • This is really good to help them get started, my kids get access free from there school. Don't know if I would pay for it

  • Hi guys. Those ones that have free access OR big discounts to reading eggs via primary schools are you in SA ?
I called my primary school and they said they have no discounts.
I reckon it is very South Australian.
PS I love Adelaide, it ia a wonderful town, but academically our schools suck :(

  • Why has this expired, on the website, it still says 3 days to purchase.
Also if you go on the Reading Eggs facebook page, you can win a 3 month subscription.
I didn't win that, but did win 15% off, haven't tested this yet, as it needs 24 hours for the Bubbler voucher to activate.

    • As the deal has been extended on the website, i have updated expiry date on the offer.

  • Thanks Amsaini, just purchased the subscription. You could have got $5 credit if you put your referral link.

My kid school give access to Studdyladder but only limited and he likes Reading Eggs more.

    • My kid already has this at discounted price from school hence i did not buy this deal mate.
