    For those who missed out on the bundle here, and who might purchase the game and cable separately, you could pair it with this rig on sale at the moment at JB. Anyone know if it's worthwhile at this pricepoint or how it might compare with the Les Paul Jnr?

    Only $78 - an option if you just want to tinker I guess - you can always turf it if you start to improve and want something more substantial than this and the Les Paul.

    PS. Still pi$$ed I missed this deal - added it to the cart and it sold out during that second - particularly given it's not an easy bundle to find regardless of price - aside from silly $ from some eBay sellers. I would, however, probably prefer PS3 version so I can enjoy it with my home theatre system in the lounge rather than in the study on the PC.

      It'll probably go fine. Note that epiphone likely have better quality control on their guitars than Monterey, but if your interested in learning go for it, can always buy a 500-1k guitar later if you enjoy it.

      Note that the epiphone les paul jr is like a 150-200 dollar guitar RRP, as such its fairly decent. In saying that, the like 250-300 range of the bottom range squiers/epiphones is largely better.

      The only guitars that really struggle are acoustics with rocksmith.

      If you have a decent PC i'd get it on ur pc as its likely to be supported longer (ie, if they release a new generation, its unlikely youll be able to get the songs from ur old games if they drop the last gen).

      If you dont tho, go with ps3, cos some pcs have issues/struggle with rocksmith audio wise.

        My tracking number hasn't updated with anything besides "shipping paperwork approved" and "In transit", both of which haven't changed since 23/07/14 5:50PM AEST.

        I was really hoping to have got it on friday when it was bought on Tuesday and got a tracking number on Wednesday.

        Taking a bit longer than the usual 2-3 days shipping from EB, but then again it's a lot larger and they may have been interstate.

          So "shipping paperwork approved" to "delivered" pretty much instantly and there wasn't any updates as to the processing facility until after I got it.

    Mine came in the mail this morning.

    I forgot how necessary finger callus' are for playing more than 10 minutes at a time. I hope that by tomorrow they are feeling alright because it hurts just typing this! It's a good sign that the pain was what caused me to put the game down after 2 hours, rather than me getting bored with it or from frustration at the difficulty level.

    Very impressed so far. I absolutely suck at it but I am promising myself to do the 60 day challenge and then decide from there if it's worth keeping or selling the bundle.

    Overall, this bundle ranks up there with the best deals I've got from this site.
