Some things I'm probably happy to pay a bit more for…

    • +4

I paid $150 for my 14,000ft skydive in Hawaii. I wasn't concerned about it being cheap. End of the day you get strapped to a guy who jumps out of a plane multiple times a day. They aren't going to be influenced by whether you pay $250 or $300 for your skydive, they'll be motivated to keep you alive all the same.

      • keep you and, most important, HIMSELF alive :)
Did the Redcliffe jump, was pretty cool.
You will pay extra for picture, video.
They did not allow my handstrapped GoPro :(

        • Was it the fact it was hand strapped that caused the problem? Or are they just capitalising on photos?

  • Only 6:45am jump is this price.

A word of warning about the deals offered by bookme, they have an abn but their account is in new Zealand and you will get charged a currency conversion fee and exchange rate.I sent two emails about a deal we purchased, got charged gst and their customer service was non existent,ie never got a reply back from them

Better use 28 Degrees to avoid the fees then.

You obviously missed the point, you wouldn't expect a company with an abn and charge gst to have an overseas transaction account

Rule number one never jump out of an aircraft that is not on fire!

  • Also $25 to $100 extra for weight over 95kg upto 110kg max.

  • This is reassuring…

Father "I blame the company for letting her jump". Maybe he shouldn't have paid for, trained and jumped with her…

  • If at first you don't succeed … skydiving is not for you.
