I'm not sure, but I would say it would be in breach of the Trade Practice Act to announce 20% discount and bump the prices before the promotion starts.
Can you produce another one when the promo starts to compare ? I'd file a complaint in the AAA website if they change the prices before the promotion and use these spreadsheets as proof if prices change. Hopefully DSE doesn't do any dodgy marketing practice and no need to complain and everyone enjoys a real 20% discount
