BUILT brand. Just grabbed one of these from Pitt St Mall DSE Sydney, the one below myer in the food court. Two left in this store, photo is of other two other random cases on the same hook, one a 15" sleeve, not sure if the random ones are on sale. Might be stock at other dicksmith stores.
Also the Belkin iPad mini neoprene cases are $2.98! Think they were $20 plus originally. I grabbed the last one there but might be other stores.

Well, I have been shopping for neoprene sleeves the last three weeks, got to a stage where I was going to make my own, even half metre off cuts at spotlight are $25. So this is bad value now. Same quality as STM.
Some David jones have the Belkin sleeves too. The purple one is very willy wonka
UPDATE: pretty much all DSE are sold out around Sydney now but David Jones still have some. City store have some purple and red.
I found stock in DSE Liverpool (NSW) today without a clearance price. When I got it scanned at the checkout, it was $3.98 :)

Also found stock at my local DSE today, however it was not a neoprene one, it's a water resistant coated one with a lined inside that feels like fake mink? Not exactly fleece, more like fur but its very soft. Also has an outer pocket. And also $3.98, save $46. Thanks OP :)

these were on special at my local dse for 39.95, asked the attendant to scan it and showed him this OB entry, and he said he could do it for four … sweet fathers day gift
The Belkin Mini Sleeves are available online for click and collect, all three colours, and the red and blue for delivery. The black does list delivery on the search page but once clicked only shows click and collect -
