Excluding basically everything this code was used for to get a decent deal previously.

    • +1

      Hmm?
http://www.dicksmith.com.au/usb-hard-drives/seagate-expansio… for $64, or a bunch of big title game preorders for $55 are still decent.

      • Can this work on Mac ? (Hard drive?)

        • Yes.

    • It isn't as bad as normal. Kindle comes down $15 to $146…not as good as some other deals, but it's $15 off!

      • Wait for the new kindles to arrive

        • +1

There's no new Paperwhite, just the bump to 4 gig (which isn't a huge deal for most users), and the new basic cheapo model loses the physical buttons I prefer.

        • What? The new model, the Voyagar, has been reviewed as the "best Kindle ever". It's not called a paperwhite, but it includes the exact same tech, has a screen that is flush with the bezel, and has a pressure-sensitive button on the bezel for page turning.

I seriously can't wait for the new models to be released.

        • @Merlict:
Yeah go the Voyager. It has touch screen+ page press, 300ppi over 212ppi on paperwhite, 180g compared to 206g + More

T_T Why are the xbox one games never counted

    • If its a multiplatform game you may be able to order the ps4 one and then email them saying you accidentally picked the wrong one and change it to the xbox version. Worked for me. And then if they don't let you, you can just cancel it.

      • +1

Nice workaround, i wish they would just let us apply it to the xbox games though

    • Where does it say XB1 excluded? O_o

      • It doesnt say that, though you try to apply the code to an xbox one game and it says its invalid.

  • +2

    excludes Chromecast……:(
    Wanted a second one.

    • Check gumtree, I've seen plenty come and go for around $30.

  • Time to stock up on $30 Telstra Starter Kits, ordered 3 for $49.95 including postage as they are $20 each at the moment

  • Can anyone get this to work? Have tried about 3 different things and they all say the code is invalid? I only got the email 30 minutes ago, surely it hasnt reached the 500 order limit already?

    • +3

Make sure your not signed in to the site

      • Hmm, allows me to apply the discount but as soon as I login during checkout the discount gets removed!

        • I have the same problem. Discount always gets removed during checkout.

        • Try creating a new account. That's what I had to do for my last purchase using a code.

Finally got an order placed. Make sure you arent signed in, then after it asks you for your email address, on the next screen it asks for your password but there is an option below to continue without logging in.

At the end of the order once payment has been made, it gives you the option to link the order to your account and at that stage you can login.

Lack of free shipping on the PS4 games are holding me back.

It may be more worthwhile going in-store and pre-ordering there and just getting the $10.00 discount applied.

Some of these games are still a few weeks from release and you might as well have that $$$ in your account for now.

    • Ditto, was going to pre-order GTA V but it's only $10 off in the end.

    • Should've jumped on the last $15 off deal then, all PS4 preorders had free shipping.

  • Thanks ^_^

Now wait for the 20 or so Dick deals using the same code for the usual sort of things that pop up every week. Dick should be paying OzBargain for all the advertising they get on here.

    • sorry wrong post

    • Had to end up +1 this deal though anyway, getting my brother's old iPhone 5 to finally replace my dying iPhone 4 so got the Logitech iP5/5S Case+ Energy Blk and the Case+Tilt Blk for $39.95 delivered.

So basically got the Case+Tilt for free (and that also bought in the free delivery :-)

  • Makes the Sony SRSX3B Portable Wireless Speaker $138.45 delivered. Not quite as good as the Logitech UE Wireless BoomBox deal but looks to be a reasonable speaker for my purposes and might actually get delivered this time ;)

  • You could practically call this a $0-$5 or 10-percent saving once you have factor in pickup, or better, zero saving measured against grey-equiv. imports. Craftily withholding the useful things like recharges, which can't be import (but buy from WOW anyway).

    • +2

:I Except a grey import -isn't- equivalent, if you have to wait longer for shipping and more dicking around for warranty issues, tradeins etc. So it's hard to call it bad value for the same price for Aus stock.

      • -1

Many cases urgent people will go go express. While I have yet to find a first warranty complaint; PayPal reversals get speedily sorted; and from comfort.

        • Could have used choc. eneloop $20-deal the other day. but you get a typical 'Online Only, 3-5PM'/'qty ltd etc sale .. for anything real.
Not to be ingracious, I just use what works accordingly. /$15!=15%/

  • +3

Code is fine if you're after something under $99, but a true Ozbargainer would wait for Dick's other coupons if paying more. Heck, I'm going to say the $20 of $99 code will be out in the next 3 days.

  • +1

I think it's expired coz I just tried and it's stopped working. =(

    • Cheers matey! Got myself the cleaning cloth, probably most useful one :p Although the hot wheel tracks could be tempting if I still had my sets from childhood.

  • if it works on prepaid mobile phones, Boost Icon Nero come down to $44, i guess a good deal for dual core phone . given made by ZTE the build quality would be close to Telstra Pulse T790 available at harvey norman for $18 bucks. this one does have powervr SGX 544 GPU which is same as Kindle fire HD?

  • +2

Logitech UE Boom comes to $133.50, seems like a reasonable price?

  • +1

    Thanks OP.

Code still working. Just ordered a Logitech F710 gamepad for $48.99 + $2 worth of AAA batteries = $36 after discount. Then minus the approx $5 from the PayPal credit offer the other week, and that's not a bad price. :)

  • Interesting, does the YG10068TLOU bundle for the PS4 still exist?

  • Bah, still doesn't work on Xbox One games. Need dat Master Chief Collection for $55!

    • Agree - strange though because not listed as excluded item in t+c

  • Thanks OP: got a waterproof canon D30 - nice

  • Don't forget Amex's $15 credit over $100 paid at DS with Amex.

  • +1

Cheers ordered the LG G230 + Nano Cloth for $37.97.

Good way to use my PayPal credit too :)
