      I used the android app where it shows u the input. It chargers like you plugging it in a wall socket so not faster or slower.

    Can vouch just bought one a few days ago a bit more expensive though :( It's a excellent charger for the price. One urk for me is charging its 50/50 sometime I leave it for 5 hours and it hasn't charged 25% and sometime it'll charge to max. Maybe it's just my unit thats a little faulty

      Once it starts charging, don't unplug it. If it's unplugged then it won't start charging again until it's discharged.

      This is a common issue with these power banks.

        I didn't I left it in for 5 hours non stop and it didn't charge at all. Took it out left it till next day tried again and it charged full.

    To anyone who owns one of these Xiaomi power banks - is it easy to accidentally bump "on"?

    I have a Yoobao 10000mah power bank, which powers on from very light contact with other items in bags/suitcases.

      Mine only powers on once something is plugged into it.
      You can press the button to check how much is left in it but it automatically turns off if nothing is connected

      Yes, this item has internal power power protection.
      Once it's fully recharged, it will stop charging.
      Here is an easy way to tell whether it's recharging.
      When one of the LED light is flashing, it is recharging.
      Otherwise, it's not.

      The best way to identify genuine XIAOMI power bank from fake copy is to open up the item and check the circuit board.
      Our warehouse and few customers did open up and check to see if they are genuine.

    Can someone tell me how I can improve the life on my powerbank. I got a powerbank from china once and it died very fast, since then I am very cautious of what brands to use.
    Is it bad for me to charge up til 70% use it then charge it again. It is explained differently for Iphone batteries.

    How long do these stay charged?
    ie. If you leave it sit for a month is it flat?

    Or are they low dispersion like eneloops?

      Li-Ion cells are low-self-discharge by nature, so yes, they're like Eneloops.

      I think the latest Eneloops hold their charge for a little bit longer though.
