    "- $8.83 From ($10) Store Credit"

cant really include YOUR store credit in a bargain listing for others..

      ?
For any one of the thousands of people with $10 Free credit with COTD. They give it to anyone who's used them before.

  • How do you get it for free?
I added the coupon code BDAY and it reduces the total price to $9.95

    • Read the info provided.

  • Are we supposed to pull this $10 store credit from thin air?

    • Read the info provided.

We'll need to buy something first in order to get the credit… Convenient deal since we'll probably use yours..

And the deal in itself without the code is pretty unimpressive… 1A is very lacklustre

    • Clearly just a deal for someone to get the referral credit. 1A is rubbish for charging, at least 2 is decent nowadays.

      • -3

It's for people who already have an account with credit.

1A is not rubbish. 0.7A (old samsung S1 charger) still charges my NoteII fine. I have 5-10 randoms laying around work/car/home for us all.

        • -1

From a Note 1 to 4 purchaser (me) I can tell you that it clearly garbage.

What is wrong with people these days?!

I saw the bday deal, went to spend it. Found a FREE item. So I tried to share with complete strangers.

I noticed other COTD deals had a refer code, so I learmt how to find/add it, and edited my account/deal AFTER.

Feel free to use the Random link.

The deal involves the code… that's the whole point. Free is Free.

I'm removing my refer code from my OzB account. I was only here to share!

      • +1

        IT'S NOT FREE! IT'S $8-$10!

          Read the info provided

The title was erroneously changed by staff.

        • @Utopian:

I was replying to your comment:

          Free is Free

          When it wasn't free

  • Just Pay Postage

this isn't free, I need to use MY credit.

    • Read the info provided. Staff changed the title erroneously.

Why are people so rude and mean? I'm reasonably new here, so correct me if I'm wrong, but I understood this site to be about sharing opportunities. If a deal is relevant, buy, if not, don't. If the product is poor quality or better deals can be found, alert others, but why bag someone for sharing a deal that may be of use to someone else out there?

    • True maybe people are being a little mean, but if you have a look at Utopian's profile he has dished some dirt on many deals so I think this criticism is warranted. He is a Naysayer which means he has negged over 25 deals that are still published! I think he should be able to take the criticism from others.

      • Dished the dirt??
My neg votes would be 1% of my positives.
Criticising a way to get a free brand name charging kit, inc free delivery is idiocy. It's not possible for all, but that doesnt change the deal. Dig the boots in though. Add to your own neg record.

        • I know, but you should be able to take some criticism,

  • Now everyone is spamming OzBargain with COTD $8 coupon. How is this a a deal for those who are new members / or existing members who used the code more than 3 time.

    • Read the info provided. It's not for every situation. .. obviously.

So every nappy deal or 100k merecedes (or whatever) is garbage because it doesn't suit your situation??

Your first post got negged to oblivion for this same reason. Using store credit from referrals/other purchases is not free for everyone, and as such isn't a deal.

What next, credit earnt on my Nando's club card makes a meal free, does that mean I can post it?

Award points on a credit card makes something free, is that a deal?

    Need I go on?
