    Review is not very good.

    • +1

Keep in mind that his review is based on the headphones being RRP $199 or $99 on sale.

At a street price of $99 I still think it's worth an audition if you want something that's really comfortable and lightweight.

Goes on to recommend Audio Technica ES-700. Current cheapest for these according to staticice is $189.

  • I am actually a fan of Sony's recent headphone efforts and they seem to offer strong value at each segment.

This model is just below Sony's top of the range MDR-1RMK2. The 1RMK2 compete with the standard-setting Sennheiser Momentum over-ears. However, some people actually prefer the design of the MDR-10R to both of these.

Either way, you'll find it difficult to find better sounding cans at this price and more comfortable ones at any price.
