      sorry, wasn't that clear…52 cm width is across the 2-pack of rolls. so each roll would be 26cm x 25cm x 27cm.

  same here. I didn't expect everything I ordered to arrive - but there is something about Staples and the way they do things that annoys me. Its very hit and miss. This debacle and the vacuum one - I don't think much of there approach to the customer - its all so automated. Someone from Staples management is now doubt reading this - your choices are your choices - but I think you are damaging your name in the ozbargain community. That means something.

I ordered the Brother Multifunction printer, HP paper and a Staples pocket notepad worth 40c. I received the notepad on Friday afternoon deliver by courier and on Friday night I got a email to say that my order had been cancelled and the money would be returned to my account, just checked my account and there was another charge to my card for 40c for the notepad plus the $13.05 for the original order.

My order showed up today. Two rolls of those queen size mattress bags, 50 in each roll. Apparently I forgot how big a queen size mattress is, and how heavy compressed plastic is too.

The courier has rested the two rolls against my house, and I can't move them.
