It's on again! Get your stocking fillers for those intrepid travellers in the family. Or that great aunt who lives on her own and needs some extra peace of mind. How about buying one for your bedroom door that has no lock? Keep the kids out until you are ready for them. Not such a bad idea on Sunday mornings! The locks are not suitable for sliding doors, but will fit most inward opening doors that have a strike plate in the door jamb. Some doors are thinner than others and may rattle but hey, this gives you a warning that someone is trying to get in! The lock will still lock the door though. The thicker doors may require a little bit of effort by slipping the hook into the strike plate and pulling towards you firmly before shutting the door tightly. We have sold well over 15,000 this year alone and it is something that should be on the list of anyone travelling here or overseas.

      That only works if you have exactly the right size chair. Most handles are too high.

        It could take some people a little getting used to, but when nature calls in the middle of the night I can undo it half asleep and without the light on, so I feel confident I could manage if there was an emergency. It's quite simple to operate, once the pin is removed the door will open…

    No doubt, these two will also follow the same path - unless the good place to keep these is revealed when I go to put these away in the same place. :)

    Same thing usually happens to me with tools in the garage, I buy a replacement and the original "lost" tool miraculously appears.

      yes we do but unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping. the shipping costs are $5.00 up to 250grams as per Australia post. We can send 3 locks at that rate.So it is actually cheaper to buy more than 1 which saves on your postage. Hope this helps.:)
