Another VPN black friday sale with Aussie server: Torguard US$29/year with their 50% off https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/172203 ends in a few days. Their servers are pretty good and service replies are fast.

I've used cyberghost free for a while a few years back and they won't that great. Don't know if that's because my account was free? I use torguard VPN and it is good enough and cheap enough for me.
