      He has already ordered a large quantity from Sony, Sony will deliver on the 18th and he will ship what has been ordered on the 18th so if you use express delivery you won't have any problems.

          Nobody can get the Sony A7 MKII this year unless information we have received from Sony changes and I don't think that it is likely to happen but pre-ordering that camera Will make sure you are the first to get as as soon arrive.

          Also please remember this is a brand-new camera and it doesn't require any bonuses to sell, so I wouldn't be surprised if the lens disappears

    Damn it! Just bought the a7 Body on sale at the sony store for $1142 last week. For an added $70, could have got the kit lens :/ …. oh well….Good deal OP, considering the kit lens costs $299.

      I have the kit lens, can't remember when was last time I used it! only reason I've kept is that I'm going need it when I'm selling this one next year for A9!:)
      what I'm trying to say is that you haven't missed anything and also you can pickup a used 28-70 for around that amoung

          All the pricing on gerrygibbscamerawarehouse.com.au is done at a very low profit margins, so when we come up with a deal it involves some type of collaboration with the wholesaler so if we don't have something offered it means a wholesaler has not approved of anything else other than what we have on sale, so sorry that lens could not be negotiated this time around

      Can you read? That means Body only version + 28-70 lens as a bonus. Adapter redemption is also highlighted in red on the page.

      Yes this is definitely Australian stock GGCW does not deal in grey market (stock source from other countries, with no warranty active in Australia)

    Hi, do we have to transfer the pre-order amount of $527.51 (with express delivery) via BPAY after we made the preorder?

    Or do we wait for notification in Jan when stock comes in, pay the full $1699 + $27.51 amount before GG ships it?

    Sorry for asking because it wasn't very clear in the email in my purchase confirmation!

      Pre-order is effectively a deposit so yes you'll have to pay the 527.51 upfront

      Same question here, it shows $500 above the confirmed price of 1699, does that mean I have to pay $500 now and $1199 (1699-500) later, or do I have to pay 500 on top of the 1699

    Merry Christmas, strange that I received only the A7 body and no lens included. Sent an email yesterday to enquire about this.

    Ordered 5th Dec, waited for stock to come in from distributor for almost 2 weeks and same package can be purchased almost $200 less now.

    Hope not another 2 weeks' wait, hohohohoho…..

    Called them up yesterday and enquire about my A7II pre-order and it seems like they have no idea when Sony is sending them stock.
