    I've got the 16000.

    It's slightly thinner than the 10400 but longer, about the same length as a Samsung S5. Heavier no doubt, but if you are travelling it would be worth it and even if you're not, it's well worth picking up at that price.

    I am quite noob in online shopping, but what does Direct Bank Deposit mean? I ticked this option and proceeded in checkout but it didnt ask for my bank details? I didnt select paypal cos i forgot my details and cbb.

    Has anyone got an opinion on whether to get this now or wait for the maybe upcoming 16000 deal?
    I have no need for one currently, but think it would be helpful for tablets etc in europe later next year. The extra $5 or so worth the larger one in a future promotion (yes I will like them on facebook :)?

      It depends on how you're going to use it.

      If it's for an emergency topup when you're out and about, I think a smaller one like the 10400 or 5200mAh one is better, as they're smaller and lighter which makes them easier to carry around.

      If it's your main source of power like when camping, or size/weight isn't an issue, or if you want to use it more times before recharging it again, the larger one would be good.

      For travelling I personally prefer a smaller one, as I would only really need it to top up my phone or tablet to last till I get back to the hotel at night.

    Received it today. The Micro USB cable that came with the 10400 power bank does not have the USB symbol. Either the genuine XIAOMI makers do not know the convention or I am an unlucky one..

      So you order on the 10th day, and comment in the early hours of the 16th that a week to deliver is ridiculous. maybe wait out the week. And maybe learn that a week is good.

        That's because I know based on the tracking it won't be delivered until at least the 17th. And how is a week good when you can get something from asos in the UK in a week? A week is good for you but not for me, 2 weeks might not be good for you, but it is for someone else.

          they've got 1000+ order to be packed and with individual tracking paper work.
          also, this is the busiest time of the year for Aus Post, delay is inevitable! I got something from UK in a week but doubt it for now.
          if you dont like to wait, ask for a refund! many ppl missed this deal, they're happy to wait!
          you can order one from overseas and see how long that'll take!

    Hey all,

    Weird question I just tried to charge my unit last night and woke up after it being on charge for over 10 hrs and it still flashing lights.

    I've since noticed if I changed the charger I was originally using (Belkin) the new unit charges it perfectly fine!

    It's a weird issue because it has no drama charging my Sony power bank nor my phone.. but never the less anyone else had anything similar to me?

      What is the current output of the Belkin charger?
      A 2A charger should charge it up in about 6 hours.

        Belkin is 1amp and the other ikea one I have is 1amp as well but it seems to charge it just fine..

          Mine is also doing something weird. The charge status led lights won't change the bars to indicate charge progression until I disconnect it from the charger and then check the status. I'm using a 1 amp AC charger.

          @Gomo: it's a USB charger connected to an extra long USB cable. Maybe that is the culprit. I switched to a 500mah Nokia charger(direct AC - USB) and it seemed to charge more efficiently. woke up with full capacity. Yay :)

          Never got fully charged ever so far even after leaving over night for more than 12 hrs.

          Another recent test - It was having 3 LED charged and put on charging for 4th LED but from about 5hrs this morning 4th LED is still blinking with no luck. Tried changing cables & adapter.
          Another thing from above test - I saw all 4 LED charged & then when I pressed power button 4th LED start blinking again.

          Have contacted Mushtato customer support team as well.
