  • Hahaha they couldn't get rid of the stock at $49 earlier?

may be the battery life is so crap! without the camera, the battery life already average, around 5-8 mins. With the camera turned on, possibly around ~5mins?

Good luck finding a toy grade helicopter that lasts longer than that.

  • Do I hear $29?

DX site suggests it has an Android app, but I am still very doubtful on the whole thing.

I notice on the video he gave up trying to fly it outside. Not a good sign.

These are always designed to be used indoors.

  • Most I would pay is $20.

  • Can we buy separate better battery?

    • You could probably open it up and solder in a higher capacity battery. The main issue is placing it in a way that doesn't alter how it handles.

  • I wonder if it would be good for dismantling to remove the camera for use in my Tornado Jumbo UFO quadcopter that appears to be a copy/rebranded X30V for which there is a camera accessory for recording that does not seem to be wireless. I might give this a go unless anyone has a better cheaper alternative for viewing/navigating via a live camera? I struggle to find any appropriate cheap wireless camera that can be purchased separately to be added/strapped on.

    • The Walkera DV05 FPV Wi-Fi camera appears to be the best alternative at $29.96 USD from Aliexpress.
