First 100? Unfortunately not a lot of people trust businesses like yours. Uptime is usually bad, support is bad. Not safe either, and not worth losing your files etc.

    Just not worth it.

  • I assure you your data is safe - our servers last month has 100% uptime. If you cannot get us on Live Chat, I and 3 other staff rotate, then we will be in contact within 4 hours.
Daily backups of data - we offer this discount as for our potential customers to see how good we are.

Bonus - we DO NOT contract our customers, if you are unhappy with our product or service, then we welcome you leave.

if you are unhappy with our product or service, then we welcome you leave.

Wow. Why not resolve their problem?

      • That would be after our technical staff helping the customer.

        • +2

          That's even worse.

        • @pmupsinep:
I welcome you to try us and see if you are unhappy. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

Seems 2 weeks old not sure how you got 100% uptime last month since you registered the domain in Dec 7th? What were you previously trading as?

We are a young company however we have a strong customer base with customers world wide.

These stats are from the server in which we buy our space. And as for our customer base it was purchased from another business.

And with 50% discount on the first month - there is little risk.

If there is downtime, or the company isn't reputable, then there is risk for consumers. Websites are a way for businesses to advertise there services and/or sell products. If there are issues with the hosting then they lose out on leads or sales, not just 50% of your normal price.
You have no ABN that I can see listed on your website, the business name also doesn't appear to be registered.
There's lots of budget hosts available within Australia, that have both of the above such as Zuver.
Website also appears to have only been created 2 weeks ago.
I'd rather stick with known trustworthy hosts.

We do not deny we are a very new business however have over 10 years experience in the ITC industry so we do know what are are selling and providing with confidence,

ABN is now on the website, it was an oversight which I apologise for. By no means to we consider ourselves "budget" you can get much "cheaper" elsewhere.

We have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (other than Minecraft servers - 7 Days).

      • 10 years experience but it looks like your founder at least is still in the process of getting a diploma of IT.
If you want to reach Australian consumers then I would be using .com.au.

        • You are correct - my formal education is currently being completed, however my on-the -job experience outweighs any level of education that can be obtained.

http://www.webtechhosts.com.au up and running, however we have not yet completed the geolocation/curency conversion tool implementation.

Why is every plan charged in USD (on mobile site). And way too expensive. Are your servers located in Australia? 9web is far cheaper. Hell even Zuver is cheaper!

    • USD - Most of our customers are international customers at the moment - some of the servers are located in Australia, others are not.

We are working on a function where the site recognises your geolocation and adjusts the pricing.

And by no means to we consider ourselves a budget provider, you get first class customer support with us.

Come to our site, have a chat with one of our staff.

        No.

Your spelling is horrible. Not a good start, in saying that you only have to do two things starting a business. 1) Business name and 2) business number.

You overnighter one of two steps. Shows lack of attention to detail, which mind you is basic of basic…

        • Please i welcome feedback, where have i made this mistake.

        • @Moots:
Im sorry but I'm missing where you are directing me. Please provide more details.

          @WebTechHosts:

This is what I mean, everyone knows i is actually capital. You don't know what I'm saying? Sorry but your brain dead and just embarrassing your business. I would never want someone as brainy as you taking care of my hosting.
