  I think diggy set up to sign up visa check out and Cudo online.
  I guess thousand of people must have sign up and give away only 1000. Means they push you to use visa check out and Cudo which adds in their value of business.
  Feel cheated.hate if they can not give every one then say first place sold out not make sign up please.

    Yes, it's a charge to verify that its not a dummy bank account/fraudulently accessed acc. Some companies initially do this the first time you buy from them using a CC not registered/saved on their system.

    Should get refunded anytime between a few days to a few weeks.
