  • anyone can share personal experience/point to a review? price seems decent though it has been cheaper (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/169960).

    • I bought one 6 months ago for $1700. Great TV. At this price its a solid buy. Biggest downside is the sound. Picture quality is very nice.

  • not too bad , anti reflective screen , just dont sit too close for FTA tv

get the 7000 series if you can

  • I purchased the TV in the last sale. It is good, but you need to play with the brightness/contrast as when I first got it, I though the viewing angle was terrible, but it was merely a matter of decreasing brighness/contrast to reasonable levels and it is now good.

Sound is crap though (compared to my old Pana Plasma), so I need a soundbar/speaker system to really make the most of the TV.

  • 45ms input lag - "Average"

    • It has a game mode. I use my ps4 on mine now and it's OK. Nothing beats a monitor though.

      • the game mode is 44ms

        • Seems a lot faster. Still not good for fps though fine for FIFA etc.

  • +1

I have the 50 F6400 series, which is last year series, it is good but Series 7 is definitely better. Will get the Series 7 if price difference is not too much. The 3D option is a pure gimmick to me as I have not played one 3D movie in my 11 months of ownership.

  • don't buy from TGG
as there isn't any dicksimth have stock around me .

  • 188w max power draw.

Pretty damn good for a 60".

Taken from the manufactures specs from the Bing Lee site.
    http://www.binglee.com.au/samsung-ua60h6400-60-series-6-3d-f…

    • And that 188w would be hyno-toad at full brightness and volume.

  • how's this compare to sony 850w??
