Purchase any Microsoft PC accessory from a participating Australian retailer with a current Australian Business Number (ABN) or from the Microsoft Store online (microsoftstore.com.au) between 20th December 2014 and 1st February 2015. Purchases made from auction or bidding websites and overseas online retailers are not eligible. Excludes Surface and X Box Accessories.         I sent an email to that address after I wrote that post and have yet to hear any reply. Will give them a call in a couple of days if the website stays 'lost'. I find it utterly bizarre that it was there when I started filling in the form but gone by the time I pressed submit!!!

          They've sent me two emails - the first was answering a question I didn't even ask so was useless, then when I sent a screenshot they said oh you've gone to the wrong address, only that link automatically reroutes to a different address - over 24h and no response to that email.

          Yup, still time. It's just the 'Within' word, which seems to indicate, latest date would be 18/2/2015 … which, is getting close.

    Got my cashback today.Exactly $100.
    Can anybody tell me how I can view a cached version of the MS Cashback page ?
    Where it details the eligible SKU and how much cashback is paid for each individual approved item ?
    I claimed cashback on the MS Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop And Mouse , MS XBOX 360 Wireless Controller , Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse Bluetooth Gray. Just got the email with the confirmation number . But didnt keep any records to check how much cashback there was for each one.

        I checked your first post Spackbace. I could only find the price back for the xbox 360 controller but also theres no mention of the original price from PLE for the xbox 360 controller.

        Looks like MS are short on my cashback :(
        Got paid $100 in my account
        When i was supposed to be paid $104. Since I claimed cashback on the Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop $52 + Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse $32 + Wireless Xbox 360 Controller for Windows $20.
        People should also check to see if they were paid the right amount.
        Im going to email [email protected] to see what happened.

          @rodinthink: Hi , yes i received a reply from MS Cashback about being underpaid.
          I only sent them 1 email. I also rang them up as well.And they responded the next day.
          They paid me an extra $4
          If you havent had any luck emailing them maybe try ring them as well ?

        Hi , they never sent me an email to say they had transferred the cashback.Only the email after i submitted the claim.So you gotta just frequently check your bank account to see if its there yet.
        On my account the transaction is called "Cashback MS HW 40 CB"

        Update MS Transferred me an extra $4 into my account now.After I emailed their customer service and they told me I selected the Arc Touch Mouse NOT the Arc Touch Mouse Bluetooth.
