          Eat your steak how you enjoy it. But you do get a lot more flavor and much nicer texture with a medium or medium rare steak.

          @BigRedPanda: You are right BigRedPanda, but it's just a matter of personal taste. I have been eating medium rare bistecca alla Fiorentina in Tuscany(with Chianti of course) for 13 years but now I prefer my meat a bit more cooked that's all :)

      The shopping cart allows you to adjust the price. You just can't pay less than $68, but it recommends $115.
      There doesn't seem to be any incentive offered to pay anymore than $68 (unlike Humble Bundle)…so I don't understand why they have done this.

        Aldi and Woolies have had two packs of permanently reusable (i.e. not powered by batteries that you can't replace) steak thermometers for as low as $4.

        Aldi had battery-powered ones - that use replaceable batteries - for $13 the other week.
