Happy new year. At Phonebot we have managed to get some more google play vouchers. Again at $14. Once the product is added in the cart, please use "2015" coupon code from "view cart" to get the price down from $15 to $13.95

Please try and create an account instead of checking out as guest to receive the voucher promptly. The vouchers will be emailed to you within 3 days of purchase. In case of any issues, please email through the website or pm me here.

You need to redeem the voucher by 20th Feb. Once redeemed, the credit stays in your account for one year.

    I still have not received the Telstra SIMs I ordered (order #2646) in your last deal (ordered 02/12/2014). I did receive the Google Play vouchers via email reasonably quicky, as well as a phone case in the same order, but not the SIMs from that order. I emailed you on 12/12/2014, you replied and said they were dispatched separately and would arrive early the following week. They still have not arrived and I emailed you again on 30/12/2014 and have not had any further reply from you.

  • Purchased last time. code wasn't emailed to me, maybe it ended in my spam folder but someone commented that their code appeared in their order purchase history and that's where I found mine.

    With $30 credit Telstra Starter Packs, you can use up to $20 per transaction of credit for Play. Plus use lots of calls & some data on Freedom Plan & still have the included $30 credit - to use on Play.

    • Thats true, but an opportunity cost for people who don't want to use Telstra Prepaid and/or don't have the time to go buy the starter packs.

      This is a pretty good deal.

    • is this a once transaction thing though .. ie is you were going to by Game of thrones from Play which is $100 or so then you couldn't do this via this method (only up to the $20 the rest would come from your CC).

    • Using these Telstra Starter Packs won't suit all needs, but does give $30 to use on Play plus bonus credit for calls etc. Represents good value when the price is right.

      Were also available from Telstra for $10 delivered 2 weeks ago.

      (I will request a refund for my order from HN, so no Telstra Starter Packs available at cost from me.)

    Bought 6. Thanks. Will use for my all access music subscription. BTW - Are you sure the credit only stays in your account one year ? According to the terms of service for Australia it says - "3. Expiration Period; No Fees. Card value expires 2 years following the date of (1) card issuance, or (2) last activity on Google Play stored value account into which the card is redeemed, whichever is later." ie It sounds like the gift cards expire 2 years after the last activity on your Google Play account (unless card expiry is later). https://play.google.com/intl/ALL_au/about/card-terms.html

    • Hey rep. Please advise why you say credit stays in your account for 1 year when the terms of service (asa quoted above) states latest of 2 years after issuance or last activity on play store as above. Is there a special restriction on these cards ? (If not, I'll likely buy more). Thanks.

    • As with some other people here, my code was listed in my order history on the PhoneBot website, but no emails at all. Code entered on Google Play without issue.

      Perhaps the PhoneBot staff may wish to check their cart software; it appears to not be dispatching emails.

      All good though.

    Got my codes yesterday, didn't receive any email notification. Just logged into my account to check the order and it was marked "Shipped" and in the comment section I got a message with my vouchers and how to redeem them.

    • I had the same problem during their last sale. I emailed them and was sent a new one.

    • Same thing happened to me. Bought 6 but one said already redeemed when I tried to redeem it. Have emailed them to ask for a replacement. Have yet to hear from them.

  • If you are buying this with the intention of using it to pay for All Access Music, beware that I got $60 from previous deal (same price, same seller) and to my surprise it doesn't allow me to use it for this purpose (not even being displayed as a payment method within google music)

      Sorry my bad, it was actually a Google issue, talked with a Google representative and they fixed it, so it can be used for All Access Music.

      You're going to have to contact them. I bought voucher using guest the previous two times and had to call, then they resend it .. the auto notification simply does not work for guest (seems they have figured it out also this time as they suggest not doing it).

      Yeah, been 3 days now. No email from purchase, no email response from my contact with them and no code. I have purchased from them twice before with no problems.

      Have done as you requested and emailed you via contact us as well as using your email address but still NO response.
      You sent me one code that had already been redeemed. So I have asked on 3 occasions to either send me a new one or refund me for one. I see I am not the only one with this issue.
      Perhaps you will answer in this forum if not via direct email like you originally requested above!!

      • Yeah same here - On my 3rd email via stores contact page (sent my invoice ID) no receipt, no code and no reply to email.

        I always think a stores best response in these cases is just to explain whats happening. If you are completely overwhelmed with orders just let everyone know. Not knowing what is going on is what loses customers. Thats why I dont shop at 'Play Asia' anymore (going on 5 years now)

  • I just realized I could see the code in the website under the order history.
    When trying to redeem the code I got a message that it was already redeemed.

    The code supplied is already redeemed. Op is asking us not to post here to save his reputation but others need to know for future reference. No communication about the code being available via websute only- knew about this from reading comments above and then found a code that was already redeemed.

      • If you use their email to contact them and not call them (Because they will tell you the same), they will send you another code and it worked for me.

  • Last time they had this deal the code i got was already redeemed. I sent them an email with the screenshot and they sent me another code shortly after that worked

    Hopefully won't happen again =\ . Bit dodgy if others are getting the same issue. I'm still waiting for an email for a new code which i bought 2 days ago.

  • Well I'm pretty happy. Bought 6. Used an account with them. One had been used. Emailed and got sent a replacement. Bought 2 episodes of Homeland my wife had missed for $2.99 ($2.10) each. Just bought another 2 vouchers. Balance expires on 26 Feb 2016 which means I will be able to use for my next 13 Google Music All Access payments. 30% Discount. $8.40 a month instead of $11.99. Pretty good. Wish I'd signed up during the All Access promotional period as well though !

  • I didn't get an email but I found my codes in my account online. I bought 2 codes and both worked perfectly.

  • Super recommend these guys.
    One of my codes wasn't working, and after a friendly email I received a working code. This was on a Sunday, too!
    I ordered using this code and it came out great.

    For those who cannot find an email, the code isn't sent through an email - you have to sign in and then check your online order history. It usually appears a day after the order has been received and paid.

          Just called them, and they said the person in charge of the Google store credits isn't there, but he took down the details and said that they will get back to me probably tomorrow…. Fingers Crossed I guess.

    • So I never received as much as an email receipt. Also did the Contact Us page, and again have not received any response.

      Unfortunately had to open a Paypal dispute since the store is not responding to anything. :(

      • Resolved, as they finally sent the code after opening the PayPal dispute.

        Response: "the code was sent on the 11th. The deal clearly said you had to create an account and not checkout as guest. You had to retireve the code from your account since our mailing system was down."

        Obviously the 'had to create an account' is a lie, as the instructions above state that creating an account is simply the fastest way to get the code, but it would still be emailed AND they would respond to contacting them through the site which they failed to do. From this page right here:

        Not a good response to try and blame the customer for not following instructions that never existed.

        • sorry for that mate. the website mailing system is giving us the shits. the creating an account reason was to get the codes in the account although i agree it wasnt elaborated properly
