There are hosts cheaper than Zuver too, but none come with phone support.
Zuver has no Uptime SLA if that makes any difference..
Check out the thread in the OB forums under Internet for issues members have been having with this company to assist in making an informed choice of host. Never used them, just FYI.
Zuver has excellent ticket support. May not be phone support but their response times are great for what you pay.
You can get a free one from amazon, with full access(ssh,root etc…) instead of this cpanel one.
