Remember it is a one-on-one consultation - so if you're a easy sucker, easily intimidated or a 'YES' guy, don't bother.
You need to make up your own mind and decisions and ALWAYS respond 'I'll get back to you' after assessing and reading all of the material and weigh up the benefits. Never make fast judgements on the spot.

Customers are only eligible to receive $50 CALTEX StarCash once appointment with WPS financial consultant has been attended and completed (incorporating completion of client data questionnaire). Customers who have previously attended a financial consultation with WPS will be ineligible for the $50 CALTEX StarCash. To attend appointment, customers must satisfy WPS's client qualification criteria. Final qualification is determined by WPS. The WPS client qualification criteria are: customers must have household income of at least $50,000 p.a.; customers must own a property or have mortgage on a property; customers must be less than 55 years of age. If customer is married, both spouses must attend appointment. The first consultation is free of charge, however an initial advice fee will be payable if customer wishes to proceed with WPS's services. In-home appointments are only available within 100km radius of WPS's CBD offices. This offer is not available to existing WPS clients, WPS employees or employees within the Atkinson Gore Group.
Seems like a bit of waste of time for $50 if you have to go out of your way to attend a one-on-one sales presentation - unless of course if you really want to seek financial advice. If it were over the phone then it would be okay.
