    That's trueprice calculation, which is a promo thing that will end at the end of this January. After January, they revert back to old calculation, where dimension will determine how much your shipping will be.

      Their shipping cost was good if using true price calculation + the discount from the specific credit card/premium member. If not, you might want to look elsewhere and compare. I did use their service before.
      They have not charged me membership fee yet since signed up 3 years ago. But the moment they do I will surely cancel it.

        Similar to you, I used MyUS for 3 years on the Amex deal, however was charged an annual fee in November! I bitched at them that they changed TCs as the original deal was lifetime and they credited back the fee however I think they will charge again this November for me.

        Keep an eye on your bank statements!

  Signed up via amex 3 yrs ago. Then got charged for yearly membership. Pls make sure you cancel your membership if you are not using it before you forget. Stepping down from this to a month to month plan might cost a switch fee as well. Remember to do your homework on this one.

    I've asked them to waive the fee each year via an email and keep me signed up under the same AMEX deal.
    Have just not used them as much as when the $AU was up.

  I was with them for three years with the Amex promo. They were great at first but at the end they were a pain to deal with and it took over a week to get them to send my final shipment (previously they always took one business day). Communicating with them via online chat is so slow it's painful. I wouldn't recommend them after that.
