Yeah the deal is for domain rego. WTF would you host anything with them?
Basically what I mean is their server is not well configured, and their technical support don't understand basic technical stuff

Seriously though. What does their hosting have to do with domains? Did you expect when you paid for it to be all setup and ready to go? I assume you have cPanel with fantastico or something since your magento install was so easy, if so, that's just normal buddy.
Nothing special about this special. You can get everyday low price of $20 from ozbargain supporter 9web.
I was with CrazyDomain till they sold the business and prices went through the roof. You'll lose all your $2.99 savings during renewal time.

I rarely post on deals but felt i had to on this one.
Crazy Domains are the worst company i have ever dealt with. Their service is not suited to use for any business. There are frequent drop outs, very little help through tech support and if you try and leave them, they do not give you any details to help the transition.
The only use for their service would be for hosting something that doesn't rely on income. Even then, i would stay clear.
CrazyDomains support is horrible and domain does not include DNS hosting. Save yourself the nightmare and spend an extra $5/2year at Zuver. They've been nothing but great.
I had an extremely prolonged and painful experience with their 'support' department a couple of years back. I can't recommend them (or for that matter, Melbourne IT) for anything where there is even the slightest possibility you might need to contact them.
Save your time and go with someone else. Any of the ideas mentioned above, or NameCheap, Gandi or Serversaurus (my personal favourite of the Australian registrars) would give so much more peace of mind.

Few of my and my college's clients was using their hosting service. There server is not event properly setup. Simple example is, I got Magento install on a lot hosting services without any trouble (at least don't need to contact the hosting company to let them change settings).
Plus, there customer service is very bad, long waiting time, and their "technical support" just don’t understand the basic stuffs you are talking about.
