      I have noticed that and we are working on it for some reason the emails just keep bouncing back. But rest assured we are legitimate and follow through in case of any hiccups with your orders. Just contact us through our website email if you have any issues. :)

        If you're sending emails from the qicklock.com domain, the probable reason for your bounces is you do not have SPF or DMARC records set on that domain (These should be set as TXT records on DNS. DKIM is also useful.). Those are checked by the receiving MTA to make sure the server the email is coming from is allowed to send email with a from address of that domain. When they're not set, and especially when a large volume of email comes through, you're more likely to be flagged as spam or outright rejected.

        For example, Gmail has the SPF record gmail.com. 300 IN TXT "v=spf1 redirect=_spf.google.com"

      No they just fit inside the latch in the door jamb so they are not inserted into any physical part of the door frame as such. So unless you are extremely rough with it , no they can't

      Looking at the design … I would say as soon as someone "opens" the door while it is "locked" you could have some scratches on the door depending on the paint and force. As long as no one attempts to open the door it looks fine to me. Great for travelling …

    Cool, I have never seen these before. I'm guessing this only works if you're inside the room? It would be nice if you could make one to lock from the outside like a hotel room or something. I've seen rooms with latches in Bangkok that you could put a lock on (unless that was for the hotel and I used it anyway?). But there are definitely places around where the passport sized safe simply won't cut it when you want to go out somewhere and have to leave your laptop or other valuables in the room.

      Yes it only works while you are in the room. But hey we figure what is more important you or your laptop? We always use it when travelling especially overseas it fits most hotel rooms.

    300 only, would have been sold out by now. Also the "don't tell the boss" marketing speel attempt especially on OzBargain has painted this company as slightly dodgy in my eyes. Not saying it's a bad deal though.

Yes and the boss has allowed us to put more locks out there as there has been a huge response. We have plenty of stock on hand. It's so boring to just say 'half price sale.

If you don't let me know that you haven't received them then I cannot fix the problem. I am happy to send replacement orders even though it is Aust Post who have not delivered them.

    The orders are all shipped within one business day so if you don't receive your order please let me know so I can at least follow it up… I am not always logged on here, so unless you send me a message as 'hashtagbargain' has done, I don't know that you haven't received your order. Australia Post can sometimes take up to 10 business days to deliver as we are in regional QLD. However I have had orders delivered within a couple of days to the other side of the country! So who knows how that works!!

    Hi Guys,
    My apologies to everyone who has not received their order from the 30th January promotion. Every one of the orders we received were shipped on Monday 2nd February. However it appears that there were a number of orders shipped that Australia Post failed to deliver. We have also had a number of orders returned with incorrect addresses, and when we tried to contact someone else the email bounced back. We always try and correct any problems we are aware of. We have constant issues with Australia Post and try where we can to rectify their failure to provide a proper service. If you have a look I placed a comment on 18th February for anyone who had not received their order to contact us. However it has been two months and would have expected that if you hadn't received your order we would have been informed long before this. It is frustrating to the extreme for us and disappointing for you guys too. Thank you for your understanding and support.
