Are you a rep for spoxcy? if so, make it clear as per the site rules.

I not voting this + or -. It is just a plan that might suit users who make bucketloads of calls to one particular country.

Personally, I still prefer the $18.88 Pennytel plan which provides:

    • AUD$ 18.88 monthly subscription fee
    • Free unlimited calls to Australia*, UK*, Singapore, China, USA and Canada
    • Free 150 calls or 500mins (whichever comes first) to Australia Mobile every month *
    • 50 free SMS monthly
    • One free Traditional Phone Number (DID)
    • No commitment, contract or minimum terms
    • Per second billing (for destinations that are not free)
    • No flag fall or connection fees
    • Free PennyTel to PennyTel calls

This Pennytel plan is more comparable to spoxcy's $24.99 plan that differs by unlimited calls to Aus mobiles but without international calls.

Potential voip users should just find a plan from the many providers out there that they find suitable.

    • can be used as fax line?

      • It depends if your hardware supports T.38 fax ptorocol

    Battler,
In Pennytel, Mobiles are not unlimited and more importantly Spoxcy includes even Mobile calls to USA, Canda, Singapore, Malaysia & China.

    Check that out.

    • USA, Canda, Singapore & China mobile is included in Pennytel as well.

and it is (kinda) outrageous to let all customers call Aus mobile UNLIMITED. As an experienced voip user i reckon after few months they r going to put some restrictions like pennytel.

  • "You can make FREE & UNLIMITED calls but under the Fair Use Policy we would expect our customers not to exceed 100 Minutes on one call unless you have the "Spoxcy Friends and Family Plan"

What happens if you exceed 100 mins?
Are there any 'Fair Use' restrictions to the number of mobile calls you can make?

  • I'm confused, where do you find the "free countries"

I don't think this is going to be useful for many people as everyone I know spends way under $55 a month with Pennytel.

    Its a great deal though.

Also beware like with everything else unlimited there is a chance they will change their mind and put restrictions.

  • Rubbish Title. Spam Post. And obviously a REP. NEGATIVE NEGATIVE NEGATIVE

  • Post bargains here not advertisements.

  • I'm a spoxcy sales guy,
samfisher5986 - The free countries will be available once you select the plan and go to Step 2 of the Process.
Augh - you can make unlimited calls, but if you buy residential pack it applies to a normal residential customer which implies the Fair Use Policy. which means for ex.you cannot make calls like a call center.

    • Exceeding 100 minutes on a phone call doesn't seem all that unreasonable or call-centre like to me (or anyone who knows what teenage girls are like.)

  • We are talking 2 things here,
Number of Calls & Number of minutes per call.
The Number of Calls is unlimited , but Fair Use Policy applies on that, the call center example applies for this.

Number of minutes per call, is just a precautionary measure we are taking for residential customers.

  • With exetel you pay this much for broadband internet with voip. Can't see any bargain here.

  • The only good thing about this offer is the "unlimited" Aust mobile calls. And even that doesn't have a well defined policy. You can get better offers from elsewhere if you don't need unlimited mobile calls. And if you do need it better confirm with them just what is acceptable!!
