I have to agree, I would never use this company EVER AGAIN. I previously made 3 orders. first one was cancelled because they didn't want to honor it, second one was completely wrong- they sent me some over-sized shirt which they told me that if I want to return it I would have to pay postage. The customer service rep are all clueless and the last order I made when I received the product, the quality was SO SH!T, it was a pair of shorts and it does not even justify the $4 I paid for it. It was then used as a cloth to wipe the floor or my dog's pee.
i thought their clothing are from the next Uk brand with good quality?

The "cotton" sheet set we bought in the initial ezibuy was so sh!t that we used it for one night and never again. It is now a dust cover.
Just such crap quality and really doubt it is 100% cotton as the label says.
It takes a lot for me to give up on something like a sheet but this was so sh!t.
