Order within minutes from our app, our personal shoppers run into Coles or Woolies to do the shopping, and we deliver within 60 mins (or a 1-hour slot of your choosing)

Our pricing is simple:
A flat 10% margin per order + $5 delivery fee
Savings Guarantee - If you are charged greater than 10% compared to in-store pricing, we will credit your account with the difference

You get the receipt - we send a copy of the receipt so you can see the in-store shopping cost
You get the specials - if the items you select are on special in-store, we pass the savings onto you
No minimum order - your order can be as big or small as you like

However you can request your suburb as we're continually expanding

  Savings Guarantee doesn't seem to make sense… If you are charged more than 10 percent more… Why should you be if that is your stated margin?

    Sometimes there can be in-store specials that will reduce the price of the shopping. Hence why we always provide you with the receipt and credit any increase. So any savings get passed onto you.

    The personal shopper shopping for your order will alert you (via SMS) to any substitutions made. You can choose to accept or reject the substitution they have made.

      Thanks for that. One final question if I may, do your people doing the deliveries have a refrigerated van or is product delivered in the back of the car? ie How do you ensure Frozen and perishable goods are delivered to ensure freshness.

        We don't. We only shop when you place the order and we deliver straight to you. We don't do multiple deliveries at once. It's basically we shop, we pay and we drive straight to you.

  How is paying 10% more than the supermarket price plus paying a delivery fee a bargain? Is Ozbargain really the best place to advertise this?
