Nah m8 it's in store only by the looks of it

  • I believe DSE have a no return policy on change of mind. Sales are final.

    • Is it even legal to have that kind of policy?

      • On change of mind? For sure

      • @ms Very much legal for change of mind.

You could get the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1" 16GB Wi-Fi for $260.00 if you can add an item for $4.00 to make it $300.00 then get $40.00 off.

Not sure if that's a good deal as I only just looked at it?

      I found a $4.98 cable takes it to $300.98, -$40 = $260.98

There was some film cover for a phone for $2 from 10, but it only took it to 298 and it need to be 299 :P

JBHIFI has the same tablet for $316, so I would say it's significant :)

    • $248 last week so not really the best price

Dang… just got a second hand one over the weekend for $335… I'd paid for a brand new one if it was only $30 more T_T

  • Nice prices, I got a Tab Pro 10.1 for $338 from JB a couple of weeks ago, I'm returning it due to a couple of issues, one which is backlight bleed and the other is battery problems. I'm tempted to get my money back and pay the extra $111 for the S 10.5 with the AMOLED screen, or even the S 8.4 for $367. I've already bought a case for the Pro though!

    • Backlight bleed? Could you explain what it is like? I wanna check whether mine has one as well :(

      • Backlight bleed affects monitors that uses LED tech i think.

This is generally what it looks like, it only affects you in dark areas.

        • Yeah, mine has some really bright patches down the bottom of the screen. Really distracting when I watch a movie with black bars.
The other issue is that it doesn't shut down with the battery gets low, it just keeps going until the battery physically can't go on. The screen starts flickering on and off. The first time it happened it wiped my device. Not cool!

        • Damn, mine does have hints of it :( I can see two spots that looks slightly off in dark.
I don't find it to be that distracting, so I am going to sit on it though.

Also, I think it only applies to LCD, since LED don't need backlight panel (which is the cause of the backlight bleed).
OLED has (or had, since people are saying it's more of older models' problem) problems with the blotchs of dark spot showing up in the dark (as I've experienced with my Lumia 925, something like this)
