    Bought a White version from the restock at TGG ebay yesterday.
    I Got a call today from the allocated store mention a 3-4 week wait on stock, so i opted for a refund, as i bought the black on day 1

    My note 4 had arrived today. I was initially very keen on the S6 but I opt for the note 4 because of the replaceable battery and microsd card.

    TGG contacted me saying it will take around 3 to 4 weeks as delivery will be delayed due to lack of stock. I'll wait for one week to see if they'll have any in stock just in case.

        Online delivery, I asked them whether they would have stock in store but they said those would only be for display. I'm not sure if they'll guarantee stock after 3-4 week but I'll e-mail them about it. I don't see why they wouldnt though.

    Ended up cancelling my G3 order from Kogan and getting one of these. Ordered yesterday, picked up today from GG in Essendon.

    Its nice, but I'm not sure if I prefer it over my G2 at this stage. Will give it a few weeks.

      What! please do tell me, I have a G2 considering of swapping to note 4. The G2 ever since swapping over to Cloudy G3 rom has been pretty good. I even recently cracked the screen and i replaced it myself for about $80. lol pretty unbeatable.

        Unless you've got the new phone 'itch', I probably wouldn't bother. Don't get me wrong, the Note is a great phone and the screen is awesome, but I prefer the stock LG experience (of course you can load custom roms but I haven't got around to that yet). I also quite like the LCD screen of the G2, it fits very well in the hand, and it's very snappy for a 2 year old phone. I'm a big fan of the back buttons which is why I originally opted for the G3.

        I think the biggest issue that I have with the note is that it's a bit too big for me and isn't really enough of an improvement over the G2 to warrant the extra expenditure. Go and have a play around with one in store if I were you. This really isn't a fault with the phone per se and I should've had a play around with it in store more before purchasing, but Ozbargain deals made me do it ;)

        As I said I'll give the note a few weeks while I'm overseas (Lg2 has a broken headphone jack and some discolouration on the screen which I'm getting fixed under warranty) but if the initial impressions don't improve I think I'll flick it when I get back from holidays.

          Yeah I probably have that itch haha, my reasons for upgrading are the Camera, MicroSD, 700 mhz frequency.

          Agreed it fits nicely in the hand especially with the smaller bezel.

          Somehow the note apparently has better battery life, bigger screen similar sized battery compared to G2.

          I guess if you are looking to offload it send me a message first please.

    I was just checking Gumtree and there are loads of people who have Note 4 Edges suddenly realising they are too big, or their partner doesnt want it or some other excuse.
    They are all sealed in the box with a Dick Smith receipt! Funny that, I can only take on face value they have not taken advantage of the eBay sale and cashed in!

    Most are listed between $800-$880

    How did you manage that systmworks? I bought mine on Sunday and there was no local stock (except for browns plains which I did end up driving past yesterday after all) so I ordered with delivery and like everyone else now have to wait a month. I just checked again and no stock within 200km apparently - you were lucky!

      Dunno, but every time I checked stock for the white ones from Sunday to Tuesday, there was stock in Bundall (closer to me), but when I went to order Wednesday night the only stock was Hyperdome - and I just picked it up 30 mins ago. There was another one sitting on the bench waiting for collection too.

      There should have been no postage cost, if you choose to collect from store when purchasing on eBay.

      However I have bought stuff on these eBay 20% off sales before, when delivery was mandatory, but I then collected from my local store and they refunded the delivery cost as store credit.

    I don't believe that the note 4, Australia version, is still using kitkat. My $250 motorola already has the lollipop update. Very disappointed that this flagship phone update come in at turtle speed.

    Does anyone know where I can get a cheaper version of the s-view cover that works? Doesn't require the wireless charging function. I just think that $40 for a cover is too much.
