Give the restaurant a call. Some people have been able to get theirs using the email confirmation even though the restaurant never get their order.
All these comments about early delivery - I was thinking as I pressed the "order" button that I've only ever heard of late delivery by pizza delivery folks, and was concerned it would show up 30-45 mins after my requested time. So far nobody is mentioning late delivery which is odd.

I would have ordered in advance but I figured since it said until 7pm I was ok.

Ordered a few weeks ago and the delivery was 40 mins late, this is my 2nd order and it has now just passed the delivery time. Hopefully it won't be as late as the first order ..

So pissed…paid $2 from paypal. Ordered at 4pm was supposed to arrive at 5pm…called store said its on its way…6pm called store said they havnt received it. HUNGRY and ANGRY :(

I ordered at 2:30PM… got confirmation email… Now at 6PM the restaurant called me to tell me they are cancelling the order. Was due for delivery at 7PM. Now I'm home with nothing for dinner. Restaurant said they were too busy and they had only one delivery driver and I could go pick it up. Totally annoyed. How can they decide who gets cancelled and who doesn't? Now I miss out and am very annoyed, even though I placed the order on time. SO ANNOYED. (Still a good deal for anyone that managed to get theirs ordered and delivered)
I ordered at 5pm successfully and my food is due to be delivered at 6.30. I haven't heard anything from the restaurant or Delivery hero yet. Guess I will just have to wait and see if it turns up

I placed order at 4:50 PM to be delivered at 8 PM. Called up my restaurant at 5:45 PM, and asked them to deliver ASAP - they delivered in 15-20 min. All good!
I ordered at 4:30, to be delivered at 6:15. I got email+sms confirmation but food never came. I contacted the restaurant and they told me the order never hit them. Then delivery hero said the $20 voucher have their systems shaking and my order was still in the queue, I doubt that could be the case. Anyway, they are in theory delivering my food in 40 minutes. One hour and a half later than I scheduled it.
Not a great way to welcome a new customer I reckon. I don't mind much because of the free $20, but I wouldn't trust them in the future for a "pre-order".

My order placed for Noodle Box in Southport tomorrow at 6pm just turned up tonight….exactly on 6pm! Driver was very apologetic and is delivering me free food tomorrow at the same time….nows thats customer service….best $4 I ever spent!

I got it all confirmed then rang up to check with restaurant and they received no order. I emailed them the confirmation email and they are cool with it but they aren't happy with Delivery Hero.

My order was meant to be delivered 45 mins ago and I haven't got anything, the take away place isn't answering their phone either. I have received two confirmations through via text for the order. Not impressed to say the least.

Another sob story here. No confirmation SMS and no food. Tried calling DH but first time it rang out. 2nd time got through and pressed 1 for existing customer and it just said "thank you" and hung up.
Restaurant understandably refuses to honour the order without confirmation from DH since there's a risk they won't get paid.

I think this may be the end to good deals from DeliveryHero, which is a shame.
I've used them two additional times (for full peiced orders) after the previous $20off deal and other than the limited choices in my area, I've been happy with the service.
Dissapointed that my order for tonight was cancelled and will be pretty pissed if I have to chase up a refund, but I can understand it ending early.

Made order, got SMS confirmation for delivery at 6:30pm, called restaurant to confirm order and they said that they did not receive anything from delivery hero. They were nice enough to honor my order first and chase delivery hero later. But let me tell you that I will NEVER use delivery hero again. I may as well just order the food straight from the restaurant, at least that way I'd be guarantee my food.
Well my $1 large gourmet pizza arrived (5mins early). Too good.

This is insanely bad. No confirmation SMS and delivery two hours late so start investigating. Delivery Hero let me order from a restaurant for tonight that ISN'T EVEN OPEN ON TUESDAYS (and even the genius restaurant says that its open today on their Facebook page, yet an obscure website I found for them confirms they are closed every Tuesday). Ring restaurant and it asks me to leave a voice-mail. Ring DH on 1300464376 and no one answers and their voice-mail is full. FAR OUT! Spent $23 now and need to go through the rigmarole of chasing up a refund. What a waste of time, and am really hungry to boot!!!

One of mine cancelled the other arrived. Delivery hero actually apologised and said the restaurant couldn't fulfil the order but they gave me a new coupon to use so I could order a replacement dinner.
Order received 5 mins earlier than delivery time which is pretty good but I must say, had I paid full price, I'd have been very disappointed by the serving size not just of the main dishes but the rice container was half filled too. I've never had Indian from Kadai Curry Kitchen before hence can't comment on whether this is their normal serving.
If it is below normal serving size it would be very disapointing seeing as the restaurant still gets the full amount of money from Delivery Hero.
I can imagine alot of cheap dodgy restaurant owners making alot of money from the service.
I recieved a confirmation email for delivery at 6pm, its now almost 7pm, restaraunt hasnt even recieved the order from delivery hero, i paid for the order, but deliveryhero just ignored it.
Update, at 8pm they called me up and apologized for not putting through an order, and arranged a new order for 9pm delivery. Sure its quite abit late, but its the effort that counts.

Same, DH they took my money and cancelled the order and gave a different voucher to use by 7pm. However their website has been inaccessible since they cancelled my order.
I tried ringing up the Thai restaurant but they hung up on me!? And they're not picking up their phone anymore.
My thai order of 2 mains for $9.80 got delivered at 6:33 (3 mins off my target time!)
Although both mains weren't really that great - it's a cheap tuesday dinner!

Lovely lady apologised said they were flooded with deliveryhero orders and it will be another 20 minutes.
I pre-ordered for the following day last time, and again this time. Seems to go more smoothly :)

Placed preorder for delivery at 7:30PM. Just called the restaurant to confirm the order. Looks like they got only few orders from Delivery Hero today. The guy on phone confirmed my address even without asking for my name or order number.
Update: Just got my Pizza delivered. I am sure I ordered Pizza and a Coke. They gave Garlic bread for free. Best $3 spent on food :)
