All 3 orders I placed between the 2 codes were cancelled, but they sent $20 vouchers with those emails… What a screw up!
They sent me a "sorry" voucher, but I went back a page to check the order after applying it and now it is invalid!!!

Had that happen to me yesterday, just logged out and logged back in again and it worked, might want to give that a try if you haven't already.

THanks OP!, got my order from the thai restaurant. got delivered within 30mins of the requested time.
after reading all the comments on here i did call the restaurant to confirm the order and there was no issues.

The food I preordered just turned up. Delivery guy asked for the full amount in cash but I showed him my email confirmation and her was happy with that. I assume they will take it up with delivery hero.
